CORE REBELS

A one of a kind workout that’ll challenge you to reach new heights! Designed to make you or break you.

VINYASSA WARRIOR

A beginners yoga class that will challenge you to build strength & implement breathing techniques. The class consists of warrior poses, heart openers, & sun salutations. Leaves you energized & fulfilled.

SHOCK & SHRED

The ultimate 60 minute workout that will break your barriers. It tests your endurance, speed, stamina, and most of all your mental toughness. You’ll probably need an extra towel after this workout!

VINYASSA WARRIOR

In this ashtanga vinyasa class, you will be challenged to build to strength and a steady breath. You will leave class feeling energized, radiant, and balanced. It will be a smooth flowing 60 minute class of sun salutations, warrior poses, heart openers, and always a relaxing end to the practice.

BLISSFUL HATHA

Hatha yoga includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice and pranayama (breathing techniques), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.

ASHTANGA YOGA

An athletic flow of fixed asanas combining strength, flexibility and stamina for a complete practice.

EXPRESS STRETCH

A 60-minute full body stretching utilizing small props to compliment your workout. A great class to join if you feel stiff and tight. All levels are welcome.

Omar Attiyah is an Egyptian-American Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a member of the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and the National Exercise and Sports Training Association (NESTA) with 18 years of experience in functional training and athlete performance. He is trained and certified from high-end facilities in the U.S. and spend five years training at Equinox Fitness in New York, and six at the Carmel Valley Athletic Club in California.

Ingy is a full time teacher and athlete. She has an immense passion to pass on her skills and knowledge in yoga. Starting out as a professional gymnast and ballerina, Ingy also developed into a passionate coach and triathlete.

Noha Rayan

Since starting Kickboxing & Muaythai 6 years ago, Noha’s, lifestyle and priorities have completely transformed through her passion for kickboxing. Kickboxing has helped Noha get into great physical condition, and now she feels stronger than ever. Noha’s passion for kickboxing was so evident, that she decided to alter her career path by quitting her job as a marketing manager and becoming a kickboxing coach. Noha is now a certified fitness trainer and strayed her kickboxing career in February 2019.
